I NEEDED AN HOUR AND A HALF OF MRI TESTING AND I WAS EXTREMELY NERVOUS. I AM CLOSTAFOBIC AND HAD A SEVERE REACTION TO A RECENT CT TEST.I WAS MADE EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE AND MY CARE WAS IMPECCABLEI HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY

My appointment was at 210. Check in was simple. Standard forms to sign in. Short wait. Took me back to examine room.Was asked to change into a gown and surgical pants. I had to leave my cane outside. Technician was great.She made sure I was as comfortable as I could be.The machine was not bad. It had open sides. Wasnt as bad as people said it would be. It took roughly half hour.Noise wasnt too bad.They give patients a CD to take to doctor.

everyone at cdi was great...patient and kind was very nervous about the procedure i am super claustrophobic but i was made very comfortable. really helpful staff they were all great

Excellent people. Excellent service. Too long of a wait 45 minutes+ for someone who showed up early. Magazines in the front lobby are from 20162017. A George Michael cover? Really? Give me something relevant to read if youre going to have me sit there that long please.

everyone I encountered here was very comforting before my MRI. This was the best experience I have had in all my years having MRIs at other locations. Headphones for music lavender aromatherapy really helped to relax me for the procedure. I would recommend CDI for anyone who is claustrophobic or has anxiety with MRIs or both like me Great experience I will be back for the next one.

Im a bit claustrophobic but the machine isnt badit is open on the side. Also the woman who conducted the MRI Stacey was great. She communicated with me the whole time and really made the experience much better than I had anticipated.

I had to come here again on 228 and it is still as fantastic as it was when I first came here years ago. As I have said I am severely claustrophobic and they made it so comfortable for me that I was relaxed as soon as the test started. One other test I had I started to panic and they brought in a staff member from the office to sit in there with me and we talked through the whole test. This test was just on my lower back so I did not have to go into the machine that far. The headphones are turned on a channel that I like which is classic rock and I had no issues at all. If you are afraid of tight spaces and dont think you can do it....yes you can. If I can anyone can. Give them a try. They are absolutely the best

The machine is open enough to prevent the claustrophobic feeling from other types of machines. Stacey lessened the stress by saying exactly how long each photo was taking and then I could reposition a little bit.The office staff was very helpful in figuring out the insurance. Everyone was courteous. I appreciated their patience.
