The doctor here is incredibly rude and it’s happened more than once he looks at you like your stupid and gives you attitude for no reason, he should not be working with people he’s clearly miserable, I forgot his name but he’s got grey hair I’m pretty sure and like middle aged, wicked rude needs to have his boss tell him how to actually be a decent human being to his patients

Made an appointment easily over the phone. I was late to my appointment but once I arrived I was seen quickly! The staff were all helpful and friendly. I was in and out fairly quickly although I had a few tests/X-rays done. The doctor was knowledgeable and supportive. They checked in with me many times and made sure to see if I had any questions. I would recommend anyone to try them out for Urgent Care.

I went yesterday and honestly was the quickest I've ever been seen and the most efficient. I was impressed. I only wish the hospitals I go to could be like this experience. All my questions were answered to the best of their ability and they were very empathetic to the pain I was in. They determined the issue right away for something that others had been dancing around. So I'm grateful!

Truly the best urgent care experience I've ever had. I was in and out in 45 minutes and that included getting set up as a patient, getting X-rays, seeing 2 nurses and a doctor, and getting fitted for an ankle stabilizer. There wasn't more than a few minutes between each that I was actively waiting.

This urgent care was profesional, clean, and quick to service my needs. I had contracted the summer bug which lead to critical dehydration. My nurse was excellent and my doctor was cordial and informative. They provided me the service I had requested and allowed me to rest easy. One heads up is to ensure you have a medical number with Beth Israel to be serviced. They have phones there you can use to register, however it would save you time to do it ahead of your visit.

Love this place, I’ve been seen here 3 times and each time the staff were reassuring and they always get you in and out quickly! Big recommend!

Best Urgent Care in the area as far as our experience has gone. They gave my fiancé an IV and sent her home with medication which is more than any other urgent care has done. Staff were very helpful. Thank you!

Thank you so much for all amazing care tonight, I was in tons of pain and a bit moody when I came in. But you all made me feel a 100 percent back to my self again.please keep up the amazing work you and the team does.

We brought my 2 year old son in to be seen for an ear infection. A young nurse tried to have us removed and deny us service becasue we wouldn't put a mask on him. During the exchange she got angry twice storming out of the room and slamming the door. She then called security and said we were screaming, and calling her gross names, which wasn't true at all. Based on what security (very nice guy) told me she did this becasue that is what needs to be said to have people kicked out. Once he heard my side we were allowed to stay, of course. This was all because we would not mask our baby. The biggest issue I have is how unprofessional she was and her lying. She clearly had a personal issue with us not wanting to put a mask on him and then tried using her power to force us to do what she wanted. I would not recommend this place to anyone that has another option to go somewhere else. I am sure there are great nurses and doctors here, but if they can hire someone like that, I worry there are more bad hires there.
