I was abused, my medical chart was filled with verifiable lies (thank god I printed it), and then it was deleted when I called them on it. RUN.

This is a terrible business. They don’t respond to messages when you are suffering, they record all your phone calls with them and make it as hard as they possibly can for you to see a doctor. I have never felt more dehumanized by the medical system than I have here.

It's got fairly convenient FREE parking, but they definitely could use a few more ♿ spaces "up top" not in the parking garage. The signs for where to "best park" for BIDMC, I think, are a little misleading. It could just be because I prefer to park elsewhere, but I also see many other patients parking in the area I do and not where the sign suggests. The levels of the garage suggested for Wegman's and BIDMC seem off to me, but whatever I go by my own rules. Call me a rebel! Once inside, I can pretty much only speak for the 4th floor, but most of the handicapped door buttons are in really awkward positions to actually be used by those who need to use them. Does can be tricky to open with how stiff some of the hinges are, or how heavy they are, or even the direction the open. That goes for the frail, the elderly, those with canes/ crutches/ rollators/ walkers, not just for those of us who use a wheelchair- be it arm powered or battery and joystick powered! Other than that the staff is great, they are pretty helpful, if you're there frequently they get to recognize your face and know your name; a nice feeling from such a big hospital network. *One other important note* •THIS BUILDING IS SET BACK FROM THE STREET BEHIND ANOTHER COMPLEX AND NOT IMMEDIATELY VISIBLE WHEN DRIVING ON RT. 9 OR WHEN ENTERING PLAZA. •MOST OFFICES ARE ON 3RD AND 4TH FLOORS ABOVE AND BEHIND WEGMAN'S GROCERY, WHICH IS MUCH MORE VISIBLE!

They literally saved my life and my sanity. When everyone else was turning me away they got me the medicine I so desperately needed and helped me find a new doctor to continue my care. After 3 months of suffering in pain I am finally on the mend thanks to the medical staff at the Urgent Care office. Thanks to you all!

Definitely the best experience I've had receiving medical care in Boston! Everyone on the medical staff was so kind and friendly. One nurse in particular was so compassionate and sweet to me, I was blown away. It really meant the world to me to be taken care of with such empathy - I just had to leave a review.

The whole experience was excellent. Nurse Annie treated us with kindness and compassion. The doctor was thorough, understanding and everyone treated us very well.

Humiliating. I was a walk in and had 2 people in front of me. When they left the 2 attendant's ignored me for 10 minutes (felt like I was the wrong profile). A third person came over to check me in. I was told it would be about an hour or so. Around 1.5 hours they took me to a room and I had to put on a gown. The doors to the room were mostly frosted glass in a major foot traffic spot. They did not pull the curtain to provide privacy. Of course I did. It took them another 1.5 hours to see me. Again, they opened the curtain so I was in some form visible. The Dr.was a good , correct diagnostic, etc. 7 days latter did a follow up at a Convenient Care--big difference in service treated like a person. I will NEVER go a Beth Israel Facility again
