I am blessed to be Dr. Blatt's patient for eight years. Initially, he helped to address some issues with high blood pressure and heart irregularities; he provides great care ever since. For a few years Dr. Blatt also treated my mother, and he help her greatly. He is very friendly, attentive, supportive. The staff in the Lown Group is also very caring and highly professional. I always visit them with joy, and this is very good for the heart! :)

I had Dr blatt see in place of Dr baxl who gave birth earlier Tha n expected he spent so Much time with tests and education so impressed the last thing I need is a non chalant Dr but I got the time and enthusiasm so glad met

Dr. Blatt is unequivocally one of the kindest and most caring physicians that I have ever had the good fortune to know. He is very bright but without any air of arrogance. He is very compassionate and caring but without being patronizing. Dr. Blatt is what we all hope to find in a physician - truly a gift to the medical profession and his patients.

In March 2008, the massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine issued Dr. Blatt a letter of warning which included: "We warn you to remember that clear and comprehensive communication with a patient is essential to providing optimum patient care. The physician has an obligation to fully inform a patient of his or her condition as well as changes in that condition, especially when a change might be a harbinger of deterioration. The physician should also discuss and document the discussion of the potential consequences of the change in condition and ensure that follow up is timely and appropriate. We warn you to stay current with pharmacologic and therapeutic modalities and to incorporate them in your practice."

Dr. Blatt is one of the best doctors we have seen. Efficient, and spent hours over two days with us. He listens to our concerns and reassures when needed.

Careful, attentive, super-knowledgeable, extremely helpful, easily available. I was very dissatisfied with my primary Doctor in Newton Wellesley Hospital (rated her "1" )and my appointment with DR Blatt was a shocking contrast. He takes his time, asks questions, runs the tests (equipment and personal in LCC are superb), carefully observes patients, monitors if needed between the appointments. Highly recommend to everyone with Cardio-vascular problems.
