Dr. Dover did the consult with me, but then he let someone else do the actual treatment, he makes more money doing this way and with him it’s all about the money,Stay clear of this man

He was very very nice at the consult but when I came in for my laser treatment he let someone else do it and it cost a lot of money. I would highly recommend that you stay away from this doctor and go somewhere else, very money orientated

He’s the one who does the consult but then he will let someone else do the treatment. You’re paying big money so you expect him to do the treatment.Your far better off staying away from this guy and go another doctor that truly cares

Dr Dover charged me a lot of money for useless laser procedures that did absolutely nothing. He and the practice cover themselves by saying you 'made need several repetitions'. I spent a lot of time and money going through painful procedures that they clearly knew would not do a thing.

A very negative experience. Charged me over $5000 for laser procedures that did nothing, yet he reminded me several times that he was giving me a bargain. His attitude was condescending, and the person doing the Fraxel lasering was obviously inexperienced - she had to be told 4 times that she was not holding the wand correctly. He also tried to add $250 to the final bill, and removed it when I questioned ...

He gets his junior laser tech to do his work but you pay his price with is high, stay away from him at all costs

I am a physician myself and practiced in the Harvard system as an oncologist for 30 years. Jeff Dover is absolutely outstanding. I've had laser therapy for rosacea and the wand was held by residents with Jeff watching carefully. This happened about 1 in 3 visits. The results were absolutely phenomenal each and every time. Rosacea is chronic and I have autoimmune issues related to the rosacea so the laser therapy had to be done more than once (couple times a year.) He also referred me to a fabulous eyelid specialist when my eyelids were swollen from chemical sensitivities (proven by Dr. Pamela L. Scheinman, an internationally-known specialist at Brigham and Women's.) I refer everyone I know to this practice and have received only rave reviews. Just saying, folks.

I drove quite a distance to meet with Dr Dover. In spite of the fact that I was not someone who would reel in a lot of money to the clinic, Dr Dover took the time to answer all my questions with no nonsense and called me back whenever I had further questions. Very few doctors would actually do that and for that reason I am very thankfull for his advises. Highly recommended!
