I first went to see Dr Kim 4 years ago and felt really good about my visit and care. And I believe today, if you can find a day or time that she or her PA Christina are actually there, their care is very much appreciated.HOWEVER if you have to deal with her constantly changing staff on the phone, beware. About 2 months ago Dr Kim a referral for me for a kidney ultrasound, which I got. 1 month ago my doctor requested an ultrasound of the arteries in my leg. After much confusion about what doctor to make an appointment with, because her staff replied to my questions with non answers, I learned from the imaging center that her staff requested another kidney ultrasound.Since I continually asked them what the medical language on my referral meant in plain english, had they taken the time to translate it for me, they would have discovered their mistake. But instead they just sent me pics of the referral or curt messages telling me they already answered me. I hate to sound like I'm disparaging Dr Kim, Christina or Betty, but her office is out of control. It kind of started when Dr Kim got into her cosmetic surgery business. I don't think she spends more than 6 or 8 hours a week in her PCP office. I think Christina handles the bulk of the office business. She's great, but not an MD.

wow I just can't beliEve what the fuck I just experienced here. that emelda bitch up front needs some serious counseling therapy or a brain transplant. she has such a bad attitude and horrible service how the hell did they give that ugly little rat a job. she needs to be FIRED. I went in for a simple physical and she starts yelling at me over a fucking insurance card!!! mental bitch.

Dr Kim is great! The front office employee Imelda is a psychopath. She needs to be removed from employment. She's extremely rude and owns yelling at me for asking 1 simple questions. Don't bring your personal problems to work should be a thing right? Chicks crazy as a bat. Fire her asap. Idk how she still works there. Insane. Other than that office is clean and nice the phlebotomist is great along with the others.

TERRIBLE RUDE AF! Emelda and ISABEL , when I say unprofessional af - firstly they call and schedule me to see the doctor who doesn't even fucking exist - they keep passing over this registered nurse who I don't care for as I'm spending money for a DOCTOR. I walk in and they hit me with " oh you owe a $35 fee " ok cool here's $50. They don't have change which is bizarre lol but then they proceed to say no worries we'll just bill you. So then this bitch emelda walks away from me when I ask her to see the nurse and she gets an attitude , and says you know what you need to pay your fee now and go find change lol. It was then when I knew fuck this place and this scam ass office who probably gave me fake results! I don't even trust them having my blood samples now but Idgaf, I have lawyers and everyone to sue them if need be. Anywho, waste of time. Waste of energy, DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!! All of them are RUDE. Terrible place. Other workers are pretty nice but the one in the front, EMELDA. I have no clue in the world how this mental human still has a job here. She has serious attitude issues and personality disorder problems and never fails to cause issues every time I bring my grandmother in for check ups! Me and my grandma are always very nice. Emelda doesn't need to work at a doctors office, the doctor in the office needs to see her and figure what her issue it. If this were my company she would have been fired a very very long time ago. Unreal. I let it slide the first few times but this isn't okay at all.

Didn't see the actual doctor once.Saw a NP who was semi nice.Staff and customer support in shambles. Don't waste your time.

The doctors are AMAZING but the employees- are NOT!Keep in mind each visit usually goes over 15-20 so make sure your lunch break is long in case you're visiting during the day.

Dr, Kim is a great compassionate physician, who takes her time, asks you about your life, connects your emotional life to your physical health, does a very thorough intake and is thoughtful, helpful, and kind. (I've been a patient for decades.) As the other reviewers are saying, the staff's behavior is indescribably bad. They may or may not answer the phone. They are often, but not always, rude, inpatient, and disinterested. I wish for the sake of this practice that the office staff were able to behave professionally, efficiently, with some kindness.

Horrendous! Office is dirty and incredibly poorly run. I tried to call to schedule an appointment and was sent to voice mail and the voice mail box was full. So I booked online and got a confirmation of the appointment. I got an email from the office with the intake paperwork which I printed and brought to the appointment. Once at the appointment I was told that appointment had been cancelled and that they had sent me a cancellation email. I had received no cancellation email. I asked why the appointment was cancelled, she said it was because I had not returned the intake paperwork. I don't send personal medical information through unencrypted email for one - its poor practice to even ask anyone to do that and illegal in California without patient consent. In addition, the email said nothing about returning the intake paperwork to have the appointment confirmed (mind you, I already had a confirmed appointment). On top of that the woman at the desk was snarky and incredibly rude. Save your time and money. I had low expectations going to this doctor given the reviews, however, my expectations were not set low enough. Heed the poor reviews. Keep looking
