Absolutely no management skills. Wait time is super long and they do not why it is happening. Do not go for CT scan at Brigham Women’s hospital 850 Boylston St. Horrible people!

The people and the care here may be fine. But the customer service is criminal. My wife waited two hours for her colonoscopy. My son has been waiting 90 minutes for an ultrasound and it’s looking like two hours. Do NOT put yourself through this. If you do - and they do the same to you - let them know it’s unacceptable. If a patient shows up 2 hours late do they get to be seen? Of course not. Expect more from our HC system. Demand more. Otherwise we just keep spending more money than any other country for worse care. I highly recommend not scheduling an appointment with the radiology dept at 850. Respect yourself and your time enough to go somewhere else - because I assure you, this facility does not respect you.

Want to give a shout out to the staff at the Endoscopy center (B&W 850 Boylston St.). They were very kind and sensitive and mindful of the patient's needs, concerns and anxieties. Special thanks to nurses Barbara, Jessica & Nancy, anesthetist Gabriella and of course Dr. MItsialis. A BIG thanks to all of you for having made it a very smooth experience.

The worst lab I have ever seen, don’t bring your kids here, they couldn't get the blood in half an hour, my child was crying as they hurt his arm, and still couldn’t able to get the blood, so regret to come here

I hate going to the Dr. But if you have to go this is the place. EVERYONE is sympathetic, caring and always with a smile. All basic services are right there and easily accessible. You can park on sight for free and without making you feel rushed they efficently work you through.

Easy to get to. Parking spots are to small. I suggest going thru the free valet. My son's doctor, Dr. Allegretti is awesome! They stay right on top of his needs.
