Dr. Nora Barrett is the best doctor who has ever treated me for my severe life-long asthma. She is on the cutting edge of research and knowledge about new asthma medications, and always considers the options for reducing my use of oral steroids. Most importantly, Dr. Barrett is warm and personable and brilliant, and she treats me as if I am her only patient. I highly recommend Dr Barrett for anyone who has asthma or other pulmonary issues.

Greatest doctor i have hands down. She worth the travel and the wait time. She spends a hour or better and goes over everything and i leave there with all my questions answered. If I'm stuck at home with a question I'm able to contact her and any of my issues are resolved. In my opinion if i never almost died and didn't get referred to her i would most likly be dead right now, or in a very bad spot. She now has me pretty stable. Laterally my #1 doctor without a doubt.

I have seen over 10 different allergists/pulmonologists in over 5 states. Dr. Barrett far exceeds the abilities and kindness of all of them. If you are looking for someone who is brilliant in her field and out, who takes the time to truly listen to and align her care with your needs, and will follow-up with any and all discussions, this is your doctor! She makes many other well-founded and experienced doctors seem like interns!

Has a combo that can be hard to find sometimes in this day and age of knowledge and great bedside manner. She will spend the time needed and Brigham is lucky to have her.

I have been seeing Dr Barrett for some time now and can't think of anyone else I'd rather see in such an area of medicine. She has a combination that can be hard to find especially these days in that she's incredibly knowledgeable and intelligent while also being compassionate and committed to her patients care. Whether one has a complicated medical history or not she will spend the time and she will be thorough and kind. More doctors could stand to be like her.

While the wait can seem long at times, it is worth it. This doctor spends the time with you and aside from being incredibly bright has a compassion and care for her patients that isn't always seen.
