I had an appointment yesterday for 3:00. I sat in the waiting room, with no other patients for 40m and still wasn’t called in. Absolutely ridiculous.

Chicopee Dental is a danger to the public's health and should not be open. It is their practice to start dental work and not finish it. We're talking poorly filled cavities that crumble- and they won't make an appointment to fix their own work, even after over six months. Then there's the root canal that they never crowned- and that was over a year ago. This business is in freefall, and causing its patients great pain in the process. Their complaint lines do not work, you are not able to leave messages, and you are not allowed to enter the building without appointment. I have shared my experiences with several state elected officials and even state agencies- but as with many other issues facing the state, they are asleep at the wheel and have let conditions worsen at Chicopee Dental over the past year. This business should be closed, and is only open due to other state regulatory bodies that are similarly incompetent.

They give appointment and they check on you an hour after so you wait so desperate in the room with your child for an hour , I don’t know how they charge to the insurance but is very crazy

I haven’t been to the dentist in years due to anxiety. I called today to try to get an appointment because one of my wisdom teeth are giving me some problems, they got me an appointment within 20mins. I am writing this post because of the experience I had with the tech who saw me. I explained why I haven’t been to the dentist in years and they validated my feelings and did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable the whole time. I was too anxious to catch their name but, I wanted to shout them out. Their kindness meant everything to me and I am not feeling as anxious about going back.

This place is THE worst place I have ever experienced in my entire life when it comes to dental. Please save your time! Dental assistance are super careless and doctors are extremely incompetent

pediatrician is useless and condescending and there’s a bunch of empty headed people being on autopilot. they’re pro at not getting anything done. The pediatrician thinks since this is a poor area she just assumes you’re poor. pretty much useless

Don’t do it. Trying to talk to a person is ridiculous, you’re on hold all the Time, the nurses don’t return your phone call. they don’t fill prescriptions on time and forget trying to talk to a doctor

I went to pick up my oldest boy (40) breathing medication. His commute to work 1hour 15 minutes. So I drove out there. Very nice people. My son loves his doctor. Nice, clean and professional.
