I have used dr Lenzy for many years. Her and her staff are top notch. Very thorough and nice !! Highly recommend
I was at Dr. Lanzy's office for the first time January 17, 2022. I filled out the paper work and immediately was brought into the office. The receptionist was very friendly and polite. The medical assistant took my medical history and said they would be right in. Within a couple of minutes, Julia the Physicians' Assistant along with the girl who was helping her, unfortunately I didn't get her name, came in. Julia was so nice and knowledgeable and examined me completely. She removed any of the pre-cancerous cells and everyone there was efficient and friendly. I would recommend Dr. Lenzy's office and especially Julia.
I was treated badly here by the doctor. She is rude. Her front office staff messed up my appointment. The doctor acted like I was wasting her time even though I was referred for a specific skin issue.
Poor customer service.
Dr. Lenzy is quick and professional. I agree sometimes the staff in the front may seem a little unorganized, but everything is always sorted out pretty quickly and I've never had a problem scheduling appointments/asking questions.
This place is so unorganized. There’s a lack of concern for patients. The front end staff is rude and is always confused with scheduling. Dr. Lenzy has a lack of concern it seems and isn’t too personable. She doesn’t really explain what is going on to well, instead just gives a diagnosis and sends you on your way. The worst doctors experience I’ve had. If I could give 0 stars I would.
First appointment for my 15 year old daughter. It was easy to schedule appointment and person who made the appointment was very polite and professional. However when my daughter went in she wasnt given an opinion on what we may want to try instead but only the instructions again of what wasn't working from a previous Doctor. My daughter felt as if her being there was an inconvenience and there lacked concern. Will be canceling follow up appointment.
First of all, I know nothing about Dr. Lenzy since she has never been in the office during my visit there. I had a televisit during covid to look at a new lesion on my skin. That visit was with the PA and not Dr. Lenzy. The visit was 5 minutes and I was charged a co-pay of 80.00, which I paid. It took over 2 months to be seen in the office for removal of the lesion as recommended by the PA. By that time the lesion disappeared but I didn't have time to cancel the appointment. I went into the office and was seen for less than a minute by the PA again who said there's nothing there so you can leave. This literally took less than a minute. About a month later I receive a bill for 80 co-pay again. I attempted to call the office for weeks but was not successful in speaking to anyone. I finally got a call back two months later. I told the woman I thought the bill must be an error because I wasn't there for even a minute. She told me "you were seen weren't you". They then threatened me with collection so I paid the bill. I believe this to be unfair billing practices and intend to take it further. In the meantime, they got their 80. Make sure to ask questions about their billing practices!!! There are other dermatology practices around that are much more responsive and compassionate. This left me feeling like they only care about money.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
