I am uppoing 1 🌟 to 3 due to operations director reaching out to discuss my serious concerns. While the local chicapee clinic would not have done anything without pressure from Boston op dir, he was able to help with 2 issues I had. I changed counselors and am much happier with Tiffany. Thanks.

If i could give this place zero stars i would. Over the past 6 months this place has become a nightmare. Hope you dont have a job, cause this place is packed and i mean packed from 615 till 730am. This needs to change. No excuse to not keep the line moving. I am not a patient here.

I like my counselor, she truely cares. I never have problems with anyone, if you mind your business and behave like a adult you will have no problems. I like how they don't let ppl linger or hang around, it's easier to not have to walk through crowds of ppl just hanging around. The parking is good, never have a problem parking. Waiting outside has happened 3 times in three years so I don't agree with all that. If you need a clinic to go to this is my definite choice out of the clinics around.

Long lines outside in the freezing cold and rain. People driving by stare at you and a co-worker asked me what they do there. Once inside another line and wait in silence. 3 nurses but sometimes no window is open. Don't run late the door locks at 11:30.

I transport people there, never had to wait long.

This is the only place where it seems the counselors that I have had cared. That's my experience, I know lots of others would disagree but I have had great people counsel me.

horrible horrible horrible.. you wait outside in line.. in the freezing cold all winter.. half the people who go there do not work.. but are there at 615 am.. waiting to get dosed so they can sit on the coach all day..when your clean.. they mess with you more then when your providing dirty urines..when you forget money to pay on a monday.. they drop you 5mg a day until your off.. doesnt matter if your on 10mg.. they tried to get me to go down to 5mg because i forgot my money.. so i had to go home and get the money to not be messed with..but if i wanted to go from 10mg - 5mg.. they tell me its medically not safe.. cant do it.. but when they dont get MONEY.. your dose DISAPEARS..not to mention.. the parking lot is full of drug dealers.. the parking lot ground full of needles and empty bags and dirty trash ..basically.. if you ever plan on getting out of CSAC.. they treat you like crap.. but if your using.. and being a dick.. they just leave you alone.. because thats an insurance policy.. people doing good might get clean and never return.. but if they mess with your dose.. they can guarantee a relapse.. and your stuck again...these places want you to stay forever... its easy to go up.. but hard to go down... and not withdrawal wise..ive been clean for 5 years.. and this place is making it a living hell.. they dont allow weed smoking.. so you cannot get take homes EVER.. even if you have a medical card.. no take homes EVER.. u got a prescription for ANYTHING.. no take homes.o.. and jobs.. forget working while at the clinic.. because every morning is different you cant plan on being at work for anytime.. because they take too many patients.. and you have to wait outside in the elements.. rain.. snow.. doesnt matter you can wait inline outside for up to 2 hours.. no joke.. especially on the weekends saturday and sunday they take other clinics patients.. so they say screw you to the patients who go there.. which is Ridiculous.
