Dr Joanna Cichon MD is the best primary care doctor, always polite, and timely. She is a true and honest physician who believes in good ethics.

Very rude, I was very polite there was no need for her snobby attitude. She rolled her eyes at me not very professional.

Was not impressed. Will not be back. Was not knowledgeable about medications and had a snotty attitude. Waste of time.

Always very polite, very attentive to what you are telling her, she very accurate when it comes to which treatment you may need, I've never had to second guess Any medical advice she has given me. Great Doctor

Dr. Cichon body shamed me in the middle of an abdominal exam . It is not only unprofessional, but also abusive to comment about a person’s belly being “so flabby!” when they are vulnerable and needing your help. Especially when you know that your patient has PTSD.

I Had my first appointment with Dr Cichon as a telehealth visit. I have been in the practice for many years, but my doctor had recently retired. I thought the benefit of staying in the practice is that the new physician would have all of my medical information at the tip of their fingers, and that would make things convenient and help with the continuity of my care. Unfortunately I am a very complex case, and pretty sick. She called me for my first appointment, it was a FaceTime, a Tel-A -Health appointment. She never really introduced herself properly and was very in personable. I felt like she was more like a machine than a person, as we spoke, I realized that Dr, Cichon was Unprepared for my appointment, and it was obvious that she never took a moment to Review chart before calling. She new nothing about me. If you are looking for a kind, caring, and compassionate Doctor, then she is not the doctor for you. I Certainly miss my primary care doctor that retired.

Dr. Cichon is the most attentive and caring doctor I have ever had. I am never concerned if she is running late because I know she is giving a patient the time they need and will do the same for me. She listens and is compassionate to whatever you are going through.

She's awful. I've been suffering from different major health issues over the past few years and she won't do tests she knows that i need done. She always tries to pass me off to someone else to do the tests when there's no reason she can't. She won't cooperate with my other doctors or even return phone calls.

Not good about getting back to her own patients, leaves her ill patients waiting days on end, even when she is aware that one of her patients is critically ill. Unacceptable and irresponsible
