List of Umass Memorial Healthalliance- Clinton Hospital-Clinton Campus's Reviews
I love Clinton Hospital. In and out in no time, compared to other hospitals.
You don’t matter to them. You will wait 5 hours to be seen by a doctor for a few minor stitches on the hand. You will sit in the waiting room continuously bleeding for hours. You will go hungry and you will be tired. It’s almost like they don’t care? If your going to Clinton hospital bring a lunch box and a tourniquet. Extremely disappointing when you would rather risk your life to get to the next hospital out of town because you don’t trust the one down the street from you. EDIT: Reason for a harsh review- I've gone for stitches to the hand and I almost cut my finger off (seperate occasion). Waited in the waiting room for both of those things for over 5 hours I'm not freaking joking. And I have more experiences.
My daughter injured her wrist. We got here this morning at 9am, the ER was empty, not one person. They said, “wait for X-ray”. 2 hours later no X-ray. The Doctors are great, but the management of this place is a joke.
today is the 19th of february yesterday morning I took my car without being able to drive with severe pain in my groin and I went to this hospital I arrived at 3 am and when 7 hours of waiting had passed there was only a drip hanging in an empty vein and doctors and nurses laughing at each other in my forward and talking about how your weeks went I pulled the needle and came to a nearby hotel I'm scared and alone because I don't know what happened and if it's appendicitis it will probably be the end of me
Wonderful hospital and staff!!
It was empty when I went and the wait was less than 3 min
My husband went to Clinton Hospital ER. He was taken in right away. He was admitted with pneumonia and stayed two days. Everyone there was wonderful from the moment he walked in until he left. Thank you so much for everything you do.
Worst hospital ever! What a waste of time
I had trouble breathing and was at the bottom of the list. I also had COVID and had to sit with everyone else, potentially infecting them. Nothing but rudeness except for the nice woman who did blood work and an EKG, which I got the results from but nobody met with me to discuss them. I had to leave and be rushed to a different hospital. Will NEVER come here again. Would not wish this treatment on my enemy.
Ridiculously long line to wait, the rude lady at the front desk won’t even give you an estimated wait time she gave me a rude, feisty tone while I remained neutral with my child potentially have RSV or Covid. You should prioritize sick babies at the top of the list. Another mom with a sick son had the same problem and she was very antsy going in and out of the hospital because you will get cabin fever the way they make you wait. They need to let patients know the estimated wait time and not just leave them for so long in the dark !

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
