A nurse from this practice verbatim told me the experimental covid vax is 100% safe and effective and stated that she's a medical professional so she knows. She literally said 100% safe and effective, which is impossible and it was a that moment I knew she was incompetent. Not to mention the condescending tone. Will never go back after 20 years of previous business.

The medical staff is great. But dealing with the support staff was terrible. I left the practice due to how rude they were.

I should have paid attention to the other reviews. This is a terrible healthcare facility. The practicioners did not listen to me - did testing on me and made choices for me that I did not authorize. The staff is also terribly uninformed about basic medical information. I have been once and once was one time too many. Unfortunately this is what I've come to expect of the south shore. Cannot wait to leave and live amongst competent individuals again.

I've been at this practice since I was seven years old and they are wonderful. Not only have they been open nonstop since the pandemic started they've taken great care of their patients.

Beware of unethical billing practices. They overcharge you when you go for a wellness exam by adding an office visit charge to extract more money from the insurance and unsuspecting patients.

I never write reviews but this doctor's office is worth warning people against. The doctors are fine, but the customer care is horrendous. The receptionists are always rude and have an attitude. Their phone system is out of date. Example: I scheduled a travel consult a week in advance, then got a call from them 2 days before the appointment. When I picked up, no one was there. I knew from previous experience that I should call back because their phone system is wonky. I tried when I had time around 1:30 the next day, as well as the day of my appointment. Both times the phones were "off" and I got the "call back during normal business hours" message. Nowhere on the website does it say they are on lunch until 1:30! So I finally got a receptionist at 2:30 and I said I would like to confirm my appointment, and she said yes, you have a travel consult today at 4:30. Then I asked her why I got a call. She put me on hold, then came back and told me my appointment is cancelled because they no longer do travel consults. So, she didn't even know my appointment was cancelled until I ASKED, and it's the DAY OF my appointment! I said to her, "so if I didn't call or ask about this, I would have been turned away when I arrived in 2 hours?" and she said "sorry" in a very "sorry-not-sorry" way. I understand if they are changing their appointment policies, but better customer care would be to do it gradually, not cancel appointments the week of the policy change, and then fail to successfully get in touch with patients to let them know! That is bad enough, but to then be faced with rude receptionists who do nothing to try to work with you to resolve the problem leaves me wanting to find a different practice.

The doctors are fine but the  receptionist are completely rude and very unhelpful. I have been on hold for 20 minutes at a time and then and have been disconnected and tried to call back and they put me again on hold. Or I've called to get a referral for another place and they wanted me to do it online and told me it was easier for them if I did online even though I had no access to computer completely un helpful.(never got my referral)

It is such a shame that this practice is so behind the times because Dr. Golden is excellent.  I have been a patient for over 20 years here. I have been shunned away for a serious ailment which was misdiagnosed as a panic attack which resulted in a massive blood clot. The nurses are some of the rudest I have ever been in contact with. I understand each job isn't a bed of roses each day and people are entitled bad days, however time and time again its the same story with this team. I am so grateful for relocating my files to my new doctor and what a difference the care, support and customer service is.
