I’m trying to get a hold of a doctor at 8:45 in the morning, for our infant, on Monday. The phones are not being answered. there is no answering service, there is no option to talk with an on-call doctor… NOTHING. This is completely unacceptable.

While I am normally a big fan of everyone at Cohasset Pediatrics in Cohasset, I am compelled to write this review based on today’s encounter with the VERY RUDE woman at the front desk. While waiting in the parking lot for kids who were across the hall at a dentist appointment, I realized I needed a copy of one of the kid’s Medical Forms. I put on a mask and walked into a completely empty waiting room and nicely requested a copy of the form for my daughter. The woman behind the desk could not have been more rude. After receiving the form, I was chastised me for not calling ahead and letting them know I would be coming into the office.While I understand the concerns of many over COVID-19, it seems that the hysteria surrounding this “pandemic “ has resulted in the loss of common sense, cordial and helpful human interactions and just common courtesy. Politeness seems to have become a thing of the past. This review is in no way a reflection of the medical staff nor of the usual women at the front desk; the woman I encountered today is hopefully not going to be commonplace at the office. I did see Elaine on my way out and she was cheery as ever!

Amazing people and office with the exception of the office manager, Dr. McBrine, staff and Dr. Axel; as neither understand customer service, never mind perform it. So be sure not to place a complaint against the doctor or Katherin will hang up on you for speaking out in behalf of an innocent baby!

I absolutely love Cohasset Pediatrics. Every provider takes the time to ensure your child is thoroughly examined and well cared for regardless of the reason for your visit. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. I continue to recommend Cohasset Pediatrics to friends in the area because we are so happy with our experience there. Dr. Levin is wonderful and is incredibly responsive to all of my questions. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

The staff is very friendly and always helpful. The doctors have all been fantastic and listen to us. There is always one location open on weekends and I believe they have one doctor rotating at south shore hospital each weekend too. I never have to worry if I can get them to someone

Cohasset Pediatrics is the absolute best!! We love all the doctors here and the nurses and staff are SO friendly and wonderful. They will jump out of their chairs to get a glimpse of your baby or open a door for a mom pushing a stroller, it’s just the best doctors office environment I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommend!!
