I first saw Dr. Yang for a skin check, which felt a little rushed, but she did pay attention to a few areas of concern. One turned out to need a follow up procedure, which I was hesitant about because the only information I had was from a quick phone call from the nurse. However, when I followed up with some questions, Dr. Yang was responsive and helpful, and that put me at ease. Before and during the short procedure, she was clear about what would be happening and answered questions I had. Rather than rushed, this appointment simply felt efficient, which I appreciate! I will definitely continue seeing Dr. Yang in the future and would recommend her.

I made my appointment completely online and got a time within 3 days in the middle of the holiday season, which was awesome. The new text-based system is great for communicating everything you need to know about your appointment, including several reminders. Doctor Yang is always professional, reliable, and knowledgeable, and I trust her opinion about various skin issues. The office is very efficient right now and everything was simple and easy... Highly recommended!
