They have an answering service that will put you on hold as soon as the call is answered, then leave you on hold indefinitely I've waited up to 30 minutes before giving up

I really like the receptionists there, especially Lindsay. BUT the nurse I spoke with when I was trying to be seen was absolutely RUDE and condescending! Go elsewhere. Very unprofessional .

Zero stars. With the changeover of staff over the past few years, Dalton Medical has become a madhouse of incompetence and unprofessionalism that reaches from the receptionists and the office manager all the way to the owner, Dr. Thomas Vaughan (whom I specifically cannot recommend). I would steer clear of this practice at all costs. Specifically, in this instance, they cancelled my appointment without notifying me, and then failed to respond to MY voicemail to confirm my appointment—from the day before—before the time of my afternoon appointment. When I arrived for my (cancelled) appointment, I was turned away with minimal explanation, and without a single apology and without any effort to make me another, immediate appointment—despite their repeated errors (and my wasted time and trouble). When I brought this up with the owner, Dr. Vaughan, he was entirely and completely unresponsive. Insanity.

Was double billed, then asked to pay a 'certified letter fee'. The billing person was rude and couldn't understand why I would be frustrated. Will Never go back here.
