Horrible excuse for an urgent care. Just like everyone else is saying, the rudest staff imaginable and they don’t take anyone seriously. Just go down to Beverly hospital and save yourself the time and pain. Brought my boyfriend here with severe pain and swelling in his veins. She wouldn’t even look at it. When he tried to get her to look she snapped “look at what!?” Brought him to Beverly hospital, immediately admitted. You will not get the care you need at this place.

Rudest people ever. Don’t waste your time. I’m ashamed to say they are apart of LAHEY. And LAHEY should be ashamed to say they are apart of them. They have turned away elderly that were bleeding. Sick Pregnant women. Children that had laceration. And just are plain rude shouldn’t work in the medical field. Everytime I’ve gone bc they are close to my home I have been turned away when no one was in the waiting area and there wait times show less then 6 min. And they staff is just so rude not compassionate find another site.

Wife makes an appointment for a cough shes had for 2 months, all the staff did was laugh at her, she was so embarrassed she had to cry in the bathroom. She then calls me for help and all I can hear is the "nurse" trying to take her phone away and have my wife committed. This place is not a care center, do not take you or your loved ones here. Absolutely the worst urgent care around.

Checked in 5 minutes early for my appointment then sat in the waiting room for 50 minutes with my kid while other people without an appointment were seen. Not a word from anyone on why or when. We left without seeing anyone. I fully expect to get a bill I'll have to dispute.

Waited an hour, that's when I asked when I'd be seen. They didn't know when I'd be out in a room let alone be seen because they only had one nurse working. This is terrible service, you should tell people the wait is going to be that long! Where else are you expected to wait for an indefinite amount of time without any notice. Like people have all day to sit around a waiting room. Our health system is a joke and broken. else do people expect you to wait f
