Absolutely horrible! I’ve had this doctor for 22 years. She is absolutely horrible and was just conveniently located! I wish I never chose her as my primary care/internist! She is narrow minded, she is rude, she does not listen to her patients and makes decisions based off of her own thoughts and opinions! Would not recommend!

The secretary is very rude and this has unfortunately been shown across multiple encounters. Dr. Martents has her own agends and disregards what the patient thinks/wants and talks to you like a 10yr old.

Brought a laundry list of health problems iveIbeen having. Dr. Martents listened and gave me a bunch of doctor names. Kelly, the woman at the front desk, always responds to my messages in MyChart very quickly. Would recommend this office in a heartbeat

Dr. Martents seems a good professional, but her front desk lady is without manners and sometimes can be scary. She doesn't say hello back often. Dr. Martents should be aware of the low level of costumer services, her staff provides.

She does run a bit late but it is definitely worth the wait. She is a caring and knowledgeable doctor. She spends extra time with her patients so she can help you. She has helped me lead to a healthy lifestyle.
