North Shore Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at North Shore Urgent Care. My son had a small bead stuck in his nose, and we went to this facility expecting urgent care pricing. To our shock, we were charged a whopping $600 for a simple procedure that other facilities in the area quoted at just $170. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but the billing practices are completely out of line for an urgent care facility. I recommend looking elsewhere for more reasonably priced care.

Had a good experience, was feeling under the weather. Test results came in fast, and there was not much waiting overall. They took me as a walk in even tho i didnt have appointment but needed one, they happened to have a spot within 30min. Offices are nice and clean. Very proper service, at least for what i needed.

I've had fine experiences at this Urgent Care clinic before but their booking policies are atrocious and leave significant portions of the community unable to access their services. This clinic is appointment only with no walk-ins... But you have to call at 8am to get a same day appointment. Do you work or have a sleep schedule that makes it impossible to call at 8am? Tough t1tty. They will not take bookings the previous day, and if you try to call them around 5pm (their hours are ALLEGEDLY till 8pm), they are totally booked up. You can sometimes book an early AM appointment online but they do not make the full day's schedule available for advanced booking. So if you can't either call or show up at 8am, this clinic is not interested in serving you. Work night shift? Have a sleep disorder? Caring for young children full time during the day? They're not able or interested in helping, no matter how urgent your health need is. And people in the hospital industry complain about emergency rooms being misused and overcrowded!

Went there wednesday with a foot injury everyone was truly caring and kind even the greeting staff..above level with care and compassion

The people and providers were wonderful but shame on Mass General for their pricing and billing. No one could tell me when I got there how much they would bill. I was there for a simple eye infection. I saw the doctor for approximately 4 to 5 minutes, and they billed $542.00! This is absolutely outrageous. I will NEVER go here again, and I recommend anyone to call ahead and get a price estimate. Absolutely unacceptable and taking advantage of people. I have never seen a bill this high for a simple visit or sick appointment ANYWHERE.

Due to a fall, I have been to urgent care twice in the last 2 weeks. my experience both times was excellent. The staff is so wonderful and professional. A special shout out to nurse Christine she is awesome! Thank you.

This place is terrible. An appointment is required, but they are always booked to capacity. The three times myself, wife, or kids have had to go here we have been unable to get appointments (but they will offer for the next day). Defeats the purpose of being urgent care….how do you schedule needing urgent care for the future?

I got there 1.5 hours before they closed and they couldn’t see me cause they were booked and I didn’t have an appointment. Doesn’t sound like urgent care to me. I will never go out of my way to go there again.

I made an appointment for the following day. Check in was quick. Nurse was professional and polite. I Was seen by Dr. Dwyer immediately for an eye issue. Diagnosed me quickly and concisely. Called in my prescription immediately. Thank you. What else can you ask for?

Refuse treatment, did not get medicine for what I needed, not worth the money in time,
