I have had the privilege of working with Dr. Hung for my eye care. Going to an appointment at his office is a smooth and welcoming experience. The receptionists are knowledgeable, helpful, warm, and efficient. Dr. Hung's medical assistant, Tim, is absolutely fantastic. He is knowledgeable, precise, funny, and engaging and makes the process of getting your eyes checked far less intimidating and even enjoyable with his sense of humor and great stories. Dr. Hung himself is an absolute gem. He is thorough, brilliant, kind, and patient with an unmatched beside manner. I referred my mom to him and she has some complex eye issues and he has treated her with the utmost care, respect, and professionalism. He has greatly improved her eye sight and quality of life. The fact that I can entrust him with my mother's healthcare speaks volumes about just how incredible he is. Thank you Dr. Hung for being such an integral part of my healthcare team; I look forward to being a long-time patient of his! :)

Lovely experience this morning! Thank you Dr Gabriel Ochonski. From the very first second you introduced yourself right through your thorough exam I felt your care, your expertise, and your humanity. And the whole office itself is well run and organized.

Extremely difficult to speak to a customer service rep. Calls are not returned on a timely basis.

I had appointment to get evaluate regrding need for cataracts. Doctor never looked at my eyes.Woman put too many eyedrops in my eyes and now all blurry. One of the test was not done butthey sent records and it was included. as done isYou should see doctor first before any testing done! It appears is an assembly line to get you to scheduled to sign up for cataracts surgery. Doctor badgered me! No explanation of anything!Would not recommend them! I would not recommend them!

Dr Tina Cleary was professional and thorough when I finally saw her, but the front office and office manager should be should be put out to pasture... fired... long long wait periods to get in to see the physician... far longer than normal and early morning before offices stack up and start moving off schedule. I spent 20 minutes at the front desk simply attempting to schedule a follow up and a routine eye exam and the lady at the front desk clearly wasn’t equipped to deal with her scheduling system and finally belted out a date and time. I locked in on the date and time she mentioned with Dr Cleary and you can probably guess what might of happened... lucking I called on the morning of the appointment and the operator said, “sir... your appointment isn’t for four more days...” and at a different time than I was given... this place is seriously disorganized. I would find another Ophthalmologist as the front office is seriously out to lunch...

Learned more about my vision in 30 minutes than I did in 5 visits over a period of 8 months from my previous Doctor. Staff is wonderful & efficient.

This is my 6th time here with my Mother we come at 10:10 for her 10:45 appointment she get seen by an attendant about a half hour of her appointment time then it averages 2 to 2 and a half hours to see the doctor I’ve asked and complain about the wait several time on our past visits This practice over book patients and has no regard for the patients I would not recommend this practice

I Had a 1pm appointment with Dr. Rapoza at OCB in Danvers. I arrived very early and was told that I will not be seen early due to the doctors are running late today; according to their schedule. I had no problem waiting because my MBTA Ride was not picking me up until 2:44pm. I waited around for quite some time and could hear other patients frustrations from waiting long periods of time themselves to be seen. I quickly realized that it was getting late. I thought by letting the office manager know that, (I needed to be on time to meet The Ride going home at 2:44pm.), I needed to be seen soon, (They had not even dilated my eyes with drops yet!), or I would need to leave. (I had a 2:44pm pick up time from The Ride.) I was told that I could not be seen by the doctor in time to catch my ride home. I never did see Dr. Rapoza today and, (I just want to share my experience with others.), I will not be returning to this OCB in Danvers going forward. What took place today is UNACCEPTABLE! Patients BEWARE!

Called to get temporary contacts because I needed a new prescription they wouldn’t give me any temps or trial lenses Until my appointment forcing me to wear one day lenses for a month straight sleeping with them and everything called pearl vision they got me in right away and gave me trial lenses will never go back here again or eccomend anybody to go here they told me there was nothing they could do for me but yet as soon as I called pearl vision they helped me right away without giving me a hard time
