She is the best dr I've ever had she cares , explains everything to me and goes above and beyond to help me with my issues shes very professional and easy to talk to I would recommend her to anyone and wouldn't go to anyone else. she is a great person and doctor

I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone she is so unprofessional, the day of my procedure I was told to come 1 hour before the time giving which it was 1030 I got there and went to the secretary to check in everything was goin normal she told my husband could of come pick me up around 1230 so I was like okay she told me to take a sit till I get called in so as I was waiting for 20 min I got a call from one of dr retana office asking if I was still coming in I was so confused and told the lady that I already had check in and been waiting for 20 minutes she said oh okkk hang up and I'm still waiting waiting till it was around 11:45 I went to the desk and ask why the hadnt called me to go in since she told my husband to come back at 1230 so secretary calls them and ask what was goin on since I had been waiting for so long so I go it at 12 and was taking in to procedure at 1215, so I was already pissed because I was so hungry and waited all that long to make it worst I get in the surgery room the nurse explains everything and tell me not to worry while dr retana is laughing I was so uncomfortable the nurse looks at me and tell me oh she on her phone she probably laughing something about her kids I was so terrified I just want to leave and not do it anymore but because I was concerned with my health I let her do and after I never went to her
