This office is HORRIBLE. I was on hold for 35 mins trying to make an appt. Finally I got through and can't get an appt for 3 months. Sorry I'm not dealing with an office that can't handle their patients. Who wants to be on hold over a half hour when they need to talk to the office... Not me! I'll find another doctor who has a well functioning office to care for their patients.

This doctor is arrogant, does not listen to patients concerns, gets irritated if you question her about anything and is hurtful and rude. Do not recommend.

Horrible! Called for two weeks in a row because blood sugar kept dropping below 50. NEVER returned call.

Dr. Kozupa is extremely thorough. I've seen a total of three endocrinologist and she's the only one who requested an ultrasound for my thyroid. I feel that she take the extra step to ensure her patients are completely healthy.

She's absolutely incredible! I'm in the best hands if i'm in her care! The only way i see someone not liking her is if there's something mentally wrong with them or they're repeatedly not following her recommendations. Love her!
