List of Bing Liu's Reviews
A family member of mine is currently one of Dr. Lui's paitents and to be quite honest,as a doctor,I cannot stand this woman. She's rude, appears totally disinterested and I would genuinely love to know how you can perform an exam when you won't get off your stool or look away from your computer.? She prescribes medication, sends the order to the pharamacy and then cancels it after requesting a visit. What if the paitent needs to take the medication regularly? She also prescribes medication and doesn't pay attention to side effects that could potentially take place. (She prescribed medication that can cause kidney damage to someone who has kidney damage and then told the paitent,"You have lots of kidney damage." Umm...wouldn't that be in the paitent's chart considering they are paitent of a urologist in the same location? Her bedside manner is awful! As I said she barely looks up from her computer, belittles and insults the paitent and then threatens to drop the paitent for not obey
If you want a Dr. that barely talks to you and just types on her computer, or one that gives you tests and doesn't share results with you because she says it's on the app, then she's for you. She never told me my blood pressure was high until a third visit showed it was high again and she recommended medication. Yes I was slipping in my lifestyle choices, and if she would've told me the first time my blood pressure was high I would've taken action instead of taking her pills. All she knows how to do is read test results and prescribe you medicine. I'm so glad I found another doctor.I know a lot of people that have left her, that's probably why she's taking patients and most doctors around here are not.
Terrible turns all issues into billable services. Not thorough did an annual physical on a male without prostate exam . Orders blood work on same day no cholesterol fast and ignores bad results. her staff always try’s to schedule telehealh appointments for a simple question . A reckless crook find some one else if you care about your health.
I have been seeing Dr. Bing Liu for years. She’s great, has a good sense of humor and is always able to help me whenever I’m sick.
I’ve seen this doctor 10+ years and she’s done nothing for me. I would not recommend her.
I have been a patient of Dr. Liu for 10 years. She has always been pleasant and knowledgeable in regards to any problems or questions I had. I trust her abilities as a Doctor and her staff are always helpful and kind.
This is a repeat of a review I gave Dr Bing Liu on another website. I was a patient of Dr Liu for two years before being dropped as a patient without notice (likely Hawethorn mismanagement & not anything Dr Liu had anything to do with). I feel Dr Liu needs to go back to school & learn how to properly speak & understand English. I have no idea if her medical training in China back in 1985 was/is adequate &/or up to the standards a Doctor has to meet at a medical school in the USA... but I do know Dr Liu gives the impression she probably doesn't understand English well - I certainly didn't understand her very well. I recommend researching where & when a prospective Doctor attended medical school... & how long he/she has lived in America before choosing, or allowing yourself to be assigned to him/her. Anyone practicing medicine in the US should speak & understand English perfectly - otherwise how can one have faith they are proficient in their field? As an aside; I've found the wait times uneasonable (usually completely outrageous) at nearly every Dr appointment I've ever been to - worsening over the last twenty years.... with several purely blatant occurances of patient over booking that United Airlines wouldn't dare to try lest a riot break out. My worst experiences have been at pediatric practices --- how can you "do no harm" by making young children sit & wait for an hour?!! Shame on all physicians that over book &/or subject patients (irrespective of age) to wait times exceeding 15 minutes.... including the sneaky second wait in the exam room! If a person shows up ontime for an appointment, they should be seen promptly - making a person sit & wait for 30-45 or more minutes is incredibly inconsiderate & disrespectful & frankly shows contempt. Shame!
Very helpful and caring physician!
I was a patient of Dr Liu for two years before being dropped as a patient without notice (likely due to Hawethorn mismanagement & I doubt Dr Liu had anything to do with it, but who knows). I only saw her twice, but that was enough for me to realize she's not a Dr I'd choose given other options (she was the ONLY Dr accepting new patients at the time). My experience with Dr Liu was a few years ago (2012-2014), but unless her grasp of the English language has improved substantially since then, I feel Dr Liu needs to go back to school & learn how to properly speak & understand English. I have no idea if her medical training in China back in 1985 was/is adequate &/or up to the standards a Doctor has to meet at a medical school in the USA... but I do know Dr Liu gave me the impression she probably doesn't understand English well - I certainly didn't understand her very well. I recommend researching where & when a prospective Doctor attended medical school... & how long he/she has lived in America before choosing him/her, or allowing yourself to be assigned to him/her. Anyone practicing medicine in the US should speak, read & understand English PERFECTLY - otherwise how can you have faith they are proficient in their field? What if they misinterpret something a patient says & prescribe something incorrectly, or doesn't understand a warning on their computer for a dangerous drug interaction? Are medical practices going the way of the DMV, giving drivers license testing in multiple languages (while all our street signage is in English)? As an aside; I've found the wait times uneasonable (usually completely outrageous) at nearly every Dr appointment I've ever been to - worsening over the last twenty years.... with several purely blatant occurances of patient over booking that United Airlines wouldn't dare to try lest a riot break out. Shame on all medical practices for the contempt they show people who are there in need of health care - they treat us like cattle! All you sheep need to speak up & complain.... then take the time to render an appropriate review online. Dr's will stop wasting our time once some light is shined on how they put dollars ahead of the Hippocratic Oath & disregard the value of people's time.
Dr Bung Liu was my PCP for approximately two years, during which time I saw her only twice for DOT physicals. I stopped going in for physicals when I stopped driving commercially & was at some point dropped as a patient without notice (Hawthorne mismanagement!) . I DO NOT miss Dr Liu, as I got the impression she didn't fully understand English, nor did she speak it well - unacceptable for ANYONE who's lived in the USA for 30 years (or even five).. & certainly not for a practicing physician.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
