Doesn’t even examine me when I have concerns. Just refers me to other doctors. I had to tell her what to test my blood for and had to insist on it because she didn’t feel it was necessary even though some of my labs were out of reference range. Undermines my symptoms and even my lab results. She doesn’t review labs, takes literally weeks to call back about test results. She doesn’t even bother asking how things have been going since starting a new med she prescribed. She’s on her way out the door as I was still asking her a question. She refuses to try to find the answer to something if she doesn’t know the answer even if it’s about meds.

Worse doctor I have ever had. Rude and condescending. Doesn't listen and makes light of your concerns. Leave there feeling bad about myself. Took another doctor to tell me I had Epstein Barr virus and if I wanted to feel better his advice is get another primary. I couldn't ask her a question about medication without her getting offended. She made me feel like I was doing something underhanded. Left her practice and have never felt better.

First visit was impressive, took whatever time I needed to explain my situation in my medical status and where I was in life. Very descriptive about medical questions that no one has ever taken time to explain. I felt she was very knowledgeable, as well that she was very down to earth.

Reads questions from a list, barely looks at the patient. Doesn't even ask how you are doing or if you have questions. Inconsiderate and unresponsive. Treats older people like simpletons. Very condescending, without realizing she is talking to someone with a Ph.D. Searching for a new doctor today.

Zero! Do not recommend. Patients needs doctors to listen, help interrupt symptoms, and offer support and guidance. Visits with Dr. Will are not conducive to these patients needs. Many times patients are not able to verbalize exactly what is happening especially in medical terms. When a patient tries to explain further, she can be short on patience. Her answers can be difficult to understand. A patient feels defensive rather than feeling that Dr. Will is advocating for him. Find another doctor

Office cancelled appointments for myself, my husband and sister the night before then called non-stop for me to reschedule. They sent me a rude letter about cancelling a mammogram appointment while I was pregnant, though I explained I was nursing, and billed me for services I specifically indicated I did not need or want. The doctor did not listen at all when I went in and I feel validated after reading the other reviews here... terrible.

Dr will, will not be my primary any longer as today. She thinks everyone has 9 to 5 jobs and can cater to see her. I went in to a get a referral because something went wrong when I called and she basically denied me my referral mind u I already went to my cardiologist and scheduled my surgery appointment. She basically told me I was stuck with a 600 bill that all she had to do is approve the referral. No doctor tells u that you have to see your doctor every 2 years or your not considered a patient. So conclusion she won't help a harding working person in need of a surgery because she rather have the upper had in the situation. She is wound up tight like a clock. So if u can't take a day off to see her yearly do not see her she not a blue collar doctor she's by the book. She thinks she talk to people like we are stupid and not educated. Well today she learned something this blue collar worker is very smart and went to the patient coordinator and had her handle it and changed my primary. Good day people

been with Dr. Will for a few years. Her care is based solely on her mood that given day.

Worst Dr ever. Does not care a her about her patient's. All she cares about is not wanting her name on prescriptions. Getting away from her asap.
