I waited a long time to be seen. During the procedure I gasped at the pain and he told me if I was going to complain I could leave. He never took time to tell me what to expect. It hurt a lot! I expect physicians to treat me much better than this!

I spent 2 1/2 hours waiting only to spend less than 5 minutes with him- 3 of which he had his back to me. He became defensive when asked a question and didn't stick around to answer any more, just handing me a brochure. Perhaps it is a pipe dream to think that physicians can be kind and compassionate. Thanks, but no thanks....

Dr. Lashkari performed an eye procedure to remove "floaters" at Mass Eye & Ear in Boston from my left eye and did a fantastic job. Now six months later the eye is as clear as can be with no sign of floaters. I would highly recommend him and gladly rate him 5 STARS !! Bernie Swales
