He takes the time to explain your condition. Never once made me feel like I was taking up his time by asking question. Doesn’t rush through. I find that he’s very thorough and patient.

I have been seeing Dr. Hait for my rheumatoid arthritis for almost 8 years. I think very highly of him as a person and as a doctor. The only problems I have had over the years are with his receptionists, who are the first hurdle you have to go through to get what you need. For example, we have worked out a treatment plan for my RA and when I see him at an appointment he has no problem renew my prescription for my treatment. However, if I need a prescription refill between visits, I have to call the office where I find a receptionist who tells me I can't have it. This has happened more than once. I always wind up saying that she should talk with Dr. Hait. However, the bottom line in the refill is never called in and I never get a callback to explain why we are changing my treatment plan. This is very frustrating. Dr. Hait is a caring person and when I see him in person he always tells me to bother him if there is a problem however, I never get past the front desk.

Dr. Hait is my PCP. I find him to be very caring and thorough. He listens and reacts to everything that I mention. I feel very lucky to have him as my doctor.

Excellent doctor, very intelligent. That's what I look for. You'd think that all doctors are smart, right? Wrong. I give him 5 gold stars.

He is a great Dr. he has great bed side manner and he listens to all my questions and he doesn’t rush the appointment. All Dr Hait staff is great.

Dr. Hait is an excellent, very caring doctor. He listens closely and patiently, and answers all my questions. He works with me to develop a plan for my needs and goes out of his way to help me get the best treatment. I have seen many doctors over many years for a host of problems, and Dr. Hait has put a huge amount of effort into helping me get closer to a clear diagnosis. He genuinely cares for his patients. A great doctor, and a truly compassionate human being.

After a year of visits I have concluded the following: The only thing this Doctor didn’t want to argue with me about was my age and weight. He did very little listening and completed my sentences a few times but was incorrect as to what I was going to say. I ask if there were any herbs, natural remedies or homeopathic things I could try to lessen the symptoms. He said no. He listens w his elbows and thinks with his preset option pad. Won’t be going back!

Dr Hait misdiagnosed me with Sarcoidosis which sent me into a tailspin of fear and concern searching for answers. I argued left and right with him and he refused to budge or explore further. He was always dismissive of my decades of joint pain and focused on my occasional shortness of breath (simple test would have shown I’m anemic). Two years later, I finally went to another doctor who confirmed I have rheumatoid artheritis. If I HAD Sarcoidosis, why was I never refered to a pulmonolgist???

Needs to listen rather than dismiss how people feel when told. Very cold impression displayed.
