We all have our own experiences. My experience with this man was horrible and borderline traumatic. I only went to him a couple times and immeditatly switched. While switching getting my medical records sent out was difficult which is another story in itself. But as for him in particular: he is very temperamental and impatient. I tried to ask a question and he completely broke down and screamed at me for minutes on end, no exaggeration. He told me that patients can't ask questions about their own healthcare. He seems very entitled and controlling without the ability to conversate like an adult. His own staff told me he is abrasive and treats everyone this way. He considers patient care to be "headaches". He does take low level insurance but that is no reason to settle for mediocrity. I have never met a more unprofessional and hot headed physician in my life. He seems easily stressed and comes off very intimidating. Patients can choose their doctor, I suggest choosing a different one. His staff told me he doesn't do well with women, which is concerning. He so easily loses his temper towards patients so I can only imagine how he treats his staff! Not only is he nasty, he is also uncaring. I had a tumor on my back and he had no concerns and said we would deal with it another time. Good thing I got a second opinion!! Don't ever allow someone to abuse and make a mockery of yourself. The medical field is not for everyone and that's fine. What isn't fine is believing you can treat people like dirt because you have a degree. I do not recommend this man. I left his office in tears and shaking from his outrageous tantrum. You deserve a good doctor that will treat you fairly. His practice is also located in the small corner of a gym. Not even in a real medical office. He also claims that patients in the entire country do not ever see doctors at all. He belittled me for not knowing this... Everyone else sees their doctor. He was making excuses to be lazy. Beware!!!
From my experience this doctor is very uncaring and mean. Tried to ask him a basic question and he blew a fuse. Screamed at me for minutes and told me to get out if I don't like his treatment. So I try to get out and his staff tells me they can't send out my medical records without having my new PCP office contact them and so forth. Absolute joke. Go to a real doctor's office with physicians that care about doing their job.
Dr Iarrobino has giving out percocets to several patients over the years the patient would then sell them for cash .
I have been a patient of Dr. Iarrobino for over 10 years. Honest, hard working family man who cares about his patients and treats you like your his only patient. I'm always impressed with how he is able to keep up with the most current trends in medicine being as busy as he is.
He is a good doctor and cares ..I mean he REALLY cares.
I found him to be very unconcerned with my issues, he rushed the appointment without really knowing my problem.. Changed Doctor Immediately....
I've seen this doctor recently and I found him to be exhausted, not very caring, hurried, not interested in what I had to say, and overall cranky-lacking interpersonal skills. He didn't want to take the time to listen and connect with me as a patient. I was willing to chock it up to him having an off day so I wrote him a letter explaining how I felt and to contact me if he was just having a bad day so I could continue to have him as a doctor. I confirmed through his secretary that he read my letter but he chose not to respond in any way to my concerns. I gave him the option of e-mail or by telephone and he simply ignored a genuine sharing from his patient which was designed to help him be a better doctor. That is the problem I see with this doctor, not that he had a bad day but that when a patient took the time to write a letter to point it out to him-he chose not to respond in any way. All he had to do was call or send me an e-mail and show some care and concern for his patient.
I have had Dr. Iarrobino as my PCP for the last 14 years. Basically My entire adult life. He's been with me through a number of medical issues and he's a great doctor. The staff is always great, appointments are really easy to get, even same and next day. There is never a wait. I can't say enough about this Doctor.
Excellent listener with very good knowledge and experience.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
