The front office staff for the most part are so ridiculously rude, condescending and uptight. It’s anxiety provoking calling the office at times, hoping the one lady that is the worst of them doesn’t answer the phone. Makes medical situations that can already be stressful and anxiety provoking for patients, even worse. Please consider hiring patient centric and empathetic front desk staff

Front desk is improving but still a long way to go compared to other locations. Dr Rebecca Donnaly is horrible. Her personality is militant, condescending and not patient centric. She’s a text book Dr. w/o a nice demeanor.

Absolutely terrible. Even though Dr. Brignall is very good, the front office staff here is terrible.

I've always been treated with professionalism here by everyone. Even when I have arrived a little late. I highly recommend Dr. Brignall. He has always been kind and patient with me and my family.

This review is only for the front desk receptionist. It is such a shame for professional and knowledgeable doctors to have an unprofessional and rude front desk that shape the dynamics of this practice. The first person who greets the patients should be friendly and attentive. This receptionist is extremely rude, i do not want to go back because of her!!!

Dr. Buckle has been my primary care physician for years now, through a heart attack and my wife's cancer. He is excellent and the practice is very responsive to patients. This is why, even after relocating to a town 28 miles away, I continue to drive up to Dedham. I only wish there were more stars to give. ~ Rev. Donald Fisher

I have been a patient of Dr. Buckle for years now, and he is really just the best there is. I come up from the Cape to see him because I would just be lost without his incredible care, patience, and diligence. A Dr. that calls you back and takes whatever time is necessary, despite the realities of the time pressure of a modern practice.
