I had a good experience at this urgent care facility. Not only were they incredibly efficient, but the staff went above and beyond by calling me with my lab results, even on their off day. The quick and attentive service truly sets them apart. Highly recommend!

As a patient at the Shapiro Building in Boston, I have visited this facility on two occasions and cannot say enough positive things about it. Staff is professional and courteous and the facilities are very clean .

GREAT urgent care facility! I was a walk in without a reservation. Facility was clean. It was only about 5-10 mins before I was called back. I saw Nicholas Maselli who had one of the sweetest dispositions of any doctor I've ever met, plus he actually listened to me and helped me! I can't remember the last time I experienced that. My nurse, Nicole B. clearly knew what she was doing, also listened, and was nice about it when I struggled with the swab. They had me on my way home in 20-30 minutes. I couldnt believe it. I went to the minute clinic in dedham a couple days prior to visiting BILH Urgent Care, and it was a horror story so I was genuinely scared to seek medical attention again. I'm so glad I came here. Dr. Maselli and Nicole have no idea how much their kindness and professionalism meant to me. I had been crying and in agony for a week straight with no signs of improvement until I visited them. I hope they see this. Thank you so much!!
