Definitely will be switching doctors over how rude the front desk staff is. Just called to reschedule my appointment and she made me feel so belittled and degraded. Don’t need that on top of everything else going on in the world today.

Very nice building, nice staff, and most of all Donna PA is the best. Made me feel comfortable, answered all questions and so thorough with everything she needed to talk to me about. Can't ask for anything more when I go to a doctors office.

I’ve only been there one time and had a great experience BUT I just called to make an appointment and the front desk person was extremely rude. If we’re calling it’s clearly for a medical reason we don’t need attitude on top of that.

Dr. Johnson is one of the BEST doctors I've ever seen (I was in the medical profession). She was warm and personable, understood my precise problem, was extremely thorough, and answered all my questions. The office staff was helpful and efficient. What more could anyone want?
