Dr Lee is a very good man and doctor. I've not had any issues or bad experiences working with his office staff. I'm very happy to have found him.

The office staff is AWFUL - Rude/short on the phone, if they even answer. They can't answer routine questions. The office doesn't accept credit cards, and doesn't have a way to accept email or e-documents. One time they got confrontational with me about an overdue bill that I never received. I offered to pay by cc (they don't accept), and it just got worse. I have no history of high blood pressure (ever!), and 5 mins later I had my pressure taken and it was high. Dr. Lee put that in my record!!

Dr. Lee is a god send. He is very kind, passionate and caring. He takes pride in his work and truly cares about all of his patients. I would recommend DR. Lee to anyone.

The office phone doesn't get answered. It just goes to voicemail for the doctor on call even when it is mid day on a weekday. When you leave a message, they don't get back to you for days. Its very frustrating. This would be bad form for an auto mechanic or your local cable company but this is a doctors office.
