The Dr. spent appropriate time with me explaining his actions, his diagnosis and his plan of treatment. His explanations were clear and he made sure i understood what he was sharing. Office staff was wonderful (Framingham).

He was horrible! I would never go back- he debated everything I said yet didn't even ask about my prior diagnosis. He was insulting, rude and degrading. Horrible.

If you look up iatrogenic in the dictionary you will see Dr. Michael A. Geffins face. He manipulates patients making them believe they may have a disorder that they do not. He then will try to perform all the tests he can on you so he can make money off of you. While I was waiting in his secretary's office, his secretary told him a patient called about a minor symptom and he joked with her and said to tell him it was cancer and he must be seen right away. Also I did not even want to make another appointment with him but he scheduled one for me without my consent. I cancelled many times until I had to finally call and tell them to stop. Avoid this doctor by all means necessary.

Been Seeing Dr. Geffin for almost 10 years. Glad I was referred to him. He answers all my questions and may now know more about my health than my primary care physician. I have seen him for office visits and a few surgeries... never a complication and always demonstrates an understanding of my concerns. He is personable to a level of comfort and prepared to allow the patient express themselves.
