List of Pm Pediatrics. Dedham's Reviews
Went to the PM Pediatric in Dedham on Dec 23rd 5:50pm the front desk lady was very rude, insensitive and unprofessional. I explained that my 5month old was exposed to Covid from family member and she is showing symptoms. I presented the baby insurance and in rude tone she said we don't take out of state insurance why didn't you test her before bringing her out of State. The lady didn't even looked in the system and check the Insurance. I ask her if i can pay for the Service because baby is coughing a lot she said no. Later I checked and she could have taken a payment. The baby later tested positive for covid. This makes me so upset that this lady working with little kids behaves like this. I really want to know why she couldn't take a payment from me, was she having a bad day.
They charge 200 dollars for a COVID test 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
3 hours waiting time 🤷🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
We brought our son in for dehydration due to the stomach bug and a sore throat that he’d had off an on for a month. The doctor that saw him told him he wasn’t dehydrated enough for fluids, and never even looked at his throat.
Nice people. Too expensive. Dirty wheelchair
Great experience start to finish! I could tell they were quite busy but everything went smoothly. Thanks for making an unpleasant situation a little easier. You're all excellent at what you do!
We ended up calling Dedham Pm pediatrics and they had a 3.5 hour wait. The woman (Kelly) was WONDERFUL and called the Woburn office to confirm no wait before we drove there (only an extra 20 mins or so to be seen right away). Cant believe we didnt know this place existed!! Will ALWAYS recommend! Woburn saw her immediately, diagnosed her with a double ear infection and gave her first dose of antibiotics on site. Was home before we wouldve been seen in Dedham so thank god for the nurse who answered the phone (Kelly in Dedham) who ended up calling us back and recommended going there!
They were able to triage my child quickly and brought him right in as he was short of breath and just not well at all. He was seen and treated quickly. Very professional and checked in with us frequently while we were there. Very thankful for PM pediatrics!
Hands down worst urgent care experience I’ve had. I waited for 2 hours only for another urgent care to call me and tell me Dedham would not take me at 11:15 pm. I was told to drive 30 miles in the opposite direction to the only other urgent care that was open. Poor communication and staff experience.
Unfortunately, this place was disrespectful and rude to us. Would like to leave 0 starts. After 2 aweful experiences, I strongly encourage others to find another urgent care site To visit.Firstly, my daughter asked for her antibody numbers- in Order to travel. The Dr. launched into a rant about her vaccinating. without knowing that SHE WAS INDEED vaccinated. My teenage daughter was in tears listening to the Dr. mock and degrade her. Second time,We came in for Covid testing, late at night, with 2 babies, after they had fever for 3 days. The nurse was rushed, and wiped the testing stick off with paper towels AFTER she swabbed the kids. They both came back with negative Covid. The following day we were in contact with many elderly friends. Shortly after, we retested the kids with Norwood Urgent Care. The results came back positive. There is NO WAY, that Covid wasn't in their bodies at that point and it would have been detected. The nurse was rude, and unprofessional. This is the first time I have ever left a review but felt it morally necessary. Urgent care Notwood is excellent!!.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
