If you're healthy and just need a quick check-up annually with no real questions Dr Donnelly (formerly Harrison) is for you. If you have any type of question surrounding your health seek another provider. I've been seeing Dr Donnelly for years and really haven't changed providers out of convenience, but the issues started years ago when I was shamed by a nurse for requesting an STI test. The nurse told me, "well you should really know who you're partners are." I haven't had many health concerns and shook off the rude comment, but whenever I did have a question about a new skin change I noticed, questions around anxiety, about preparing for pregnancy, my questions were brushed off as if they weren't important. The final straw where I decided to find another provider. I requested a script for an acupuncturist a week prior to my appointment, the person in the office said sure thing, not a problem and even asked her co-worker to confirm they could do it. The day before my appointment I received a call that Dr Donnelly wanted to see me prior to the acupuncture appointment. Honestly, it just seemed like a money grab. The reason I wanted to see the acupuncturist is to address a condition I've had since childhood. There's nothing Dr Donnelly can do about it. She just wants to get the money for the appointment. She's been in the same location for years and is always accepting new patients, probably because her patients are always leaving. Find another provider!
On behalf of my fiancé who shall remain nameless, his visit was terrible. He has been a patient for over 6 years and he just had a health scare which prompted this apmt. Dr. Harrison seemed extremely uninterested (after making him wait almost 20 min) and almost burdened by the questions he had. He did not feel like he was taken seriously at all. He will be seeking a new pcp and will not be returning to this practice. The one star is only there because he was able to get his physical done. I’m not usually one to leave poor reviews, but this is completely unacceptable.
Would never be comfortable having her care for my children or anything sensitive with myself. No warm interactions with this “Dr”.
Dr Harrison is very compassionate, has a great sense of humor, is a wonderful listener, and has helped me with many health issues. I am not the most compliant patient when it comes to following her recommendations but she doesn't make me feel badly about it. She referred me for a diagnostic procedure that revealed an issue that needed surgery - other docs might have just said my symptoms were common and not to worry. I really like going to this office - the people are all kind and in good moods, it is relaxing and well-run. Dr. Buckle is amazing too.
Dr. Harrison is attentive and professional. I feel comfortable talking to her about my health concerns and never feel rushed during my visits. She genuinely cares about her patients well being. I would recommend her to my friends and family.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
