The staff was nice enough but the access and signage was ridiculous. Taking an elevator up and then taking a long walk through the health club and then down another elevator is just stupid if you need to use a walker. They need a sign pointing to their direct entrance on the far left side of the building. The receptionist acknowledged this has been a frequent complaint.
For a company that claims to be on the cutting edge of technology and also claims to provide compassionate service they are not in any hurry to get you your results so you can address your injury promptly. If you have options for where to go for your imaging give someone else a chance. This place does not impress. In this age of technology how long can it possibly take for someone to read your images. A few years ago we were able to get instant results on imaging at midnight near the casino in Connecticut at a small clinic.
they were nice and it was convenient and quick
Had my first MRI and will be going back for a few more that I need to get done per my physicians recommendations. This facility is open 7 days a week so it was easy to get this scheduled right away. The MRI technicianoperator was very nice and made me feel comfortable during the process. Everyone is extremely friendly in this facility. Great location easy parking. They are upfront about their prices when booking and their prices are extremely cost effective. All in all A+ and would recommend to anyone needing to have an MRI done. So glad I found CDI of Dedham.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
