List of Vibrant Dermatology & Aesthetics - Dedham's Reviews
Don't go here. They force you to buy your products when you know you have a bad reaction to them. Vicky was extremely rude to me. Told me I was red "YOURE RED" talks so condescendingly to me. She forced me to buy a product that I said would cause breakouts and flaking skin and then told me it wouldn't happen. GUESS WHAT IT HAPPENED. Vicky is truly terrible. This place is a scam. They are so so condescending and had me use an ingredient that I am allergic to, forces me to buy products and charged me for them before I could even say no. They only care about money. My skin has never looked worse and I'm in pain. Every person in that building is extremely condescending. It's such a waste of money and time.
Had laser done and the products over $200 they said I needed for after care were terrible. They irritated my face and broke out in white blister pimples I never had seen in my life. Discarded all products. You can never get through to this practice and very hard obtaining a response if you have a skin problem from an after visit
Day one of me visiting Vibrant Dermatology, I was locked in. Dr. Ip was great at diagnosing my skin issues and prescribing the appropriate meds to treat them after years of me being misdiagnosed by others and using meds that were ineffective! She's gotten really busy since our first few encounters so make sure, if you're looking for a Dermatologist and decide to go to Vibrant Dermatology, which I highly recommend, have some time on your hands to wait for Dr. Ip to have availability, otherwise you might get appointed to one of her assistants instead.
I enjoyed my time during my first visit. Dr IP was patient, explained things thoroughly and earned my trust. I will probably be going back again for regular check up and track my skin progress for my hyperpigmentation.
I was so thrilled to be seen at Vibrant Dermatology. They are the BEST Experts in the treatment of beauty concerns and skincare. I highly recommend them!
Dr. Ip (when you can see her) is surely a talented dermatologist. However, if you are looking for great customer service and patient care, you will not find it at Vibrant Dermatology. Often I was treated with condescension and made to feel like it was just about the money with the Dr. and her staff. Dr. Ip responded in bad faith with regard to several insurance claims (claims that were eventually paid out to the Dr by my insurance). With so many talented dermatologist in the Boston- Metro area, I was colossally disappointed that this office and staff lacked the professionalism and attention to patient concerns I've come to expect with all of my medical providers. If you want a provider that prioritizes dollars and notoriety over patient care and satisfaction... then Dr. Ip and her staff are the folks for you. If you are seeking great customer care and service; find another provider.
I used to drive 45 mins to come here every month for laser and facials. It disappoints me to have to write this, but a few months ago I arrive for what I thought was an appointment just to be told by the girl at the desk that I had no appointment even booked. This was quite a surprise to me because I plan my days around these appointments when I do have them considering I have a bit of a drive. Having spent probably closer to $10,000 on laser and facials at this location, I thought I wasn’t treated like a loyal client. The lady at the desk seemed flustered and maybe she was new, but she told me that I had no appointment and then immediately took someone else at the counter and told me that I should just call back to make another one. It was disappointing considering I’ve been a loyal client and paying customer for years. There was clearly a mixup at the front desk because I know for a fact, I had made the appointment over the phone because it was a reschedule of another appointment I was not able to make. Another issue I have is the turnover of nurses/aestheticians. In my three years of doing laser monthly at this location, I think there have been four different girls doing my laser because other girls have left. This is fine, but especially considering laser gets some intimate/personal areas. It would be nice to have some consistency with who was doing my laser. Another unfortunate part of my experience is the fact that there was one aesthetician there a couple years ago named Emily, it doesn’t seem like she was lasering correctly, and I was even told by other associates that she was not lasering correctly. I believe I had about 8 to 12 sessions with her and I feel like it was a waste of money because after that, I pretty much had to redo all of those sessions as suggested by the aesthetician because she said she didn’t think Emily was using high enough settings on me. It was disappointing that a business admitted I wasn’t getting the correct service that I was paying for, but they did not offer any complementary visits or money off. I felt this was bad practice. Lastly, after all this money and time on laser (every month for 2+years!!!) my hair still grows back like it did before I started laser 😂. Ugh! Wanted to love this place. Please also keep in mind they give discounts for five star reviews.
I have been trying for over week to get an appointment!!! No response human, text, emai or a simple phone call. The only reason I bother is because I live on the same street as the Milton office. Why should I be inconvenienced? Called the Dedham office and sent to voicemail. The Milton office doesn't even have that. What patient care
It was hard finding the office because it's on the side of the building. The receptionist should let first time clients know this
I’ve been a client of Vibrant for several years and the new Milton office did not disappoint! Easy parking, bright pretty office with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Lots of quality products for all skin tones.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
