Worst customer service I ever experienced. I wanted to make an appointment and the lady on the phone was rude. Not recommended.

They are out to get your money. I went for a procedure and they told me it was covered by my insurance and 10 months later i am getting harassed by collections for an outrageous bill i had no idea about. They claimed that they sent a bill in the mail but i never received it. They said it was a bad address but that was a huge lie. Never bothered to call me instead? Beware of this health facility.

That's very awful! From front dentist office, I'm still annoy as suspects of one lady who makes appointment for me. I'm complaining to that person because she makes me messy as confused for an appointment and not take care of me that's obviously discrimination because I am deaf.Im very disappointed to her and she seems fool on me when she told me that she did call and told my husband that doctor was sick. I asked my husband and he never received message or call. that lady is very liar. my waste time drove commute made me feel angry My husband asked his doctor what's happened about my an appointment was Aug 19. doctor told him that that woman did wrong. That lady is very discriminating if again, I will file complaint that lady also I will call Massachusetts agent for ADA

My husband and I lost a days workBecause we were stood up for our second vaccine today at FLORIAN HALL. A simple vaccine appointment she is responsible for she can’t carry out.THEY CANT EVEN SCHEDULE COVID VACCINESWITHOUT MAKING MISTAKES ON THE DATESASSIGNED?????THE ADMINISTRATION OF THIS HEALTHCENTER SHOULD BE F I R E D.

This is a horrible place. I have called 4-5 times to request transfer of my medical records and got no response- they just hung up the call which is frustrating. It’s impossible to get anything done. Never go to this place

For the past 3 months my husbands appointment have been cancelled and rescheduled by them4 different times . Whenever you try and call to make an appointment you’re on hold for 15+ minutes just to get disconnected. Most horrible call center experience I ever had. Get it together people, nothing is more important than oral health

They can't keep a long standing appointment and inform patients a few hours before after I took the day off from work and traveled a great distance. This isn't a vacation day. I am a CPA and it is tax season. It can only be made up with late night hours and weekends. How irresponsible can they be.  It is extremely unfair to treat people this way. In response they simply don't care. Our tuff luck. And this is a health agency. Hardly.

This place is horrible. there are some many details that I cant list all here.  They seem to be out to get money even if you have insurance to cover the services. They referred me to a specialist for root canal. The specialist wanted to charge me even though they knew I had insurance. They claimed that my insurance did not cover root canals. I spoke to a service rep at the insurance company and they said that in fact they did cover root canals. Then I contacted the the specialist back and informed them that it was covered by my insurance and then they said that they didnt except the insurance that I had.  Geiger Gibson and their referral dentists both knew what insurance I had yet they  tried to me to pay out of pocket for services that was and is covered under insurance.  2. On my initial appointment for examination of my teeth they performed and xray and while performing the examination I was not provided with a bib.  This occurred during the pandemic just before places starting shutting down for COVID. they claimed they have a shortage of PPE. Then why were they seeing patients? Money.3. Also i recently found out that after numerous calls to the clinic that they have some kind of block on my phone.  Every time I would call there to try and can my upcoming appointment the person answering the phone would say hello I cant hear you. Hello. then they would say call back. I would call back and get the same thing. Hello Hello I cant hear you.  Yet when i call from someone else phone they had no problem hearing me then. Thats when I was finally able to cancel my appointment.  Wont be going here anymore. Good luck to all those who do.
