I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Yazigi and his assistant for a dental implant I've been a patient at Sparkle Dental (used to be Neponset Dental) for many years, and always with Delta Dental as my insurer as I've been with my employer for 17 years. The new Sparkle Dental staff and billing office are unprofessional, rude and unpleasant. I paid my co-pay for a dental implant according to their billing office and before the work was completed. Then, for some reason, the Billing Office decided that I owed them more. Then I didn't. Then I did, but for a different amount. Then I didn't. The last conversation was beyond rude and hostile in tone. I tried to explain to the staff person that I'd already been told over the phone by their billing office and in person by their front desk that I didn't owe them anything. The staff person was rude, bordering on hostile. The staff person also told me that I had a co-pay for my scheduled dental cleaning. I reminded her that Delta Dental covered two cleanings per year and that I've never had a co-pay before. Her response was to mock me. So I cancelled my scheduled appointment. This is so unprofessional and ridiculous.

My first experience was great. The last experience was horrible. Staff changed and customer service suffers. Had new dentures fitted and told them they don't fit right. They sent them out to be finalized even though i said they don't fit right. Had to go through the process all over again. They still don't fit right. Took them anyway cause i was sick of them not listening. Won't return

All of the staff at Sparkle Dental are friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. Whether you are looking for a cleaning or more complicated dental work, you will be in great hands at Sparkle. The front desk staff are particularly accommodating and welcoming. During my long and complicated dental journey, I knew I was in the best hands seeing Dr. Yazigi for my implants, temporary crowns, and permanent crowns. He is gentle, super skilled, and so kind.

They charged my grandmother-82 yrs old $75 for late appointment. She paid the fee and walked away since then. That is very mean to senior people.

Dr. Taylor was beyond friendly and really made me feel comfortable with their practice. The front desk staff was also incredibly helpful as were the doctors dental assistants. 10/10 would recommend for a dentist in the Dorchester area!

Overall great experience! The receptionist/staff were friendly and approachable. The dentist was also very friendly and explained everything in detail. They could update some of the decor/equipment so it would look a bit newer/fresher, but that's just a minor detail. The care you receive itself is good.
