my doctor recently switched to here, and I am immediately dismayed at the switch... they NEVER answer the phones... tons of recordings saying "they're too busy to answer the phones" then when you leave a message they NEVER call you back... had a mammogram 2 wks ago and still have never heard the results!

I can only speak to the lab drawing station here. It closes at 4p not 5p and sometimes a few minutes earlier depending on their volume. They take the last check in at 3:30p. I’m always right around 3:27p due to mitigating factors and this cues up the slow turn to get a full look at clock behind the desk by staff, then slow turn around back with coordinated exhale of exasperation. You would think they would want to skip that part to expedite the process.
