Worst experience. Dr. Burgess offered no help and told me I would have to live with this breathing obstruction I was feeling. She said to make an appointment with one of her colleagues, which I did. He went over my visit with her and she said she cleaned my ears out and she did not.

My wife and I were very impressed with Dr. Burgess. Her explanation and compassionate approach gave us confidence in her and my upcoming surgery. The communication with her office receptionist about scheduling and procedures has also been exceptional.

Dr Burgess has been wonderful, has helped with Muscle tension dyphonia from Covid 19. She has been very caring and understanding! I highly recommend her. Bedside manner is top notch

Kept me waiting for 45 minutes for a morning appointment. I eventually walked out. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They should pay me for a cancellation. I gave 1 star because zero was not an option.
