A nightmare! My daughter has been going here since newborn. She is now two. For the last year it has been a nightmare. Let being with saying it is almost impossible to get an appointment without having it canceled by her Dr, Dr.Clarke. They’re always saying “she’s on vacation”. There’s has been misdiagnosis where they tell me one thing. I go to the emergency the same day and it’s something completely different. The last draw for me was recently. Last week 3/23/2022 I called the answering service after hours to have the on call doctor give me a call. Reason being my daughter had a bad cough and also high fever. The doctor that called me back was Dr. Kelly. The worst one there. I explained to him what was going on and his response was “I mean there’s not much I can do at 5:00 am especially for a cough”. Well come to find out after an emergency room visit that she actually had RSV and it wasn’t just a cough. I had a follow up appointment with my daughter on the 3/20 with her doctor Dr. Clarke and Ofcourse they canceled it. This appointment was supposed to be a follow up for the RSV and also her two year visit which has never taken place and she’s now 2.3. Let’s not forget the front desk. They are absolutely rude always huffing and puffing. I thought sherry was bad the new one Nicky has her beat. She never knows anything, as I was talking to her I can hear her repeatedly putting the phone down. Save your self the headaches, heart aches & anxiety. I don’t recommend this place at all.

The tech that took us in was great with my child and the doctor had a student and the both where great with here. Have to say it was very nice. Thank you all🤗🤗

Absolutely horrible office. They never answer their phones you’re on hold forever they’re always running late. Now I was told today that I should be vaccinated before the my next kids appointment or I can’t bring them. Pull your kids from this practice if they go there. And do not bring your kids there if you’re looking. What happened to my body my choice, informed consent & flat out NO? Hmm.

Very nice but sometimes Dr Clarke needs to remember she is dealing with emotional children who may need to hear things a little less harsh.

Doctor Clarke is a great doctor no matter what. She listens and makes sure that both the parents and child are informed and satisfied. I would recommend her to everyone.

awesome experience for my child. he was fearful and anxious. The nurses put him at ease and when Dr. Clark came into the room she spoke in a very calming tone, she engaged my son and she is awesome.

Dr. Clarke never makes you feel rushed. She truely listens to the child and parents and address all of the concerns in a very professional and curteous manner. Always makes all involved feel very comfortable.
