I've been going here for years however today I was not happy. While the doctor was examining my eyes, I asked about refraction for my new prescription and he said they already did that. The woman who does that part of the exam put the machine up to my eyes had me read one line and never did the part where they try to get a clearer view. I'm unhappy about being dismissed and will look for a new office.

FIND ANOTHER PRACTICE!!! I have been an Eye Health patient for years but this new practice (OCB) is sub-par. If you call to change an appointment, prepare to wait at least half an hour. My current appointment has been changed (by them) twice now so my July appointment now is scheduled for November--and moved from Weymouth to Pembroke. Also in the change notification is a note indicating I should expect the appointment to run 2 hours from start to finish!!

Waiting to see the doctor for 2 hours is outrageous and unacceptable. My time is just as valuable as the doctor. Time to find another doctor.

Phone service is terrible! I cannot get through. I've been on hold for almost an hour, for the second time! They have no option to just leave a message.

I would give a 1 but my eye doctor was always so kind and helpful. On the other hand, I can’t even make a damn appointment with them. They NEVER answer the phone. NEVER. I am choosing to no longer go here because this issue somehow has gotten worse over the years. Before, you would wait 20 minutes and they would schedule you. I just waited for an hour and a half and hung up out of frustration. Don’t even bother. Go somewhere that answers the phone.

Went to 3:15 appt, today with Dr. McHam. At 4:10 was taken into room and eye dilated and told to sit outside. Full waiting room of 8 people to see Dr. McHam appts. from 1:30 and still not seen. Very unprofessional on Dr. McHam's part. Will not have my cataract operation in this practice. No excuse for either overbooking or not notifying patient if all other doctor's have quit. Merged with Partner's Healthcare. Never going back after several years with Eye Health Milton.
