Certain staff are extremely rude to not only patients but also other medical assistants (especially the ones "behind the scenes").

I've been seeing Dr. Feinland for 19 years. He's easy to talk to and will LISTEN to you, seriously considering your own input to help with your care. (After all, it's YOUR body.) He works in tandem with you, and doesn't have a big ego if you offer a suggestion. He will attempt to dig to the root of a health issue instead of just automatically sending you off to a specialist. (Of course, he will send you to a specialist, if needed, but he at least tries to resolve the issue.)

I've had nothing but success with Valley Medical, for many years now. The one star reviews are def not my experience. I find them responsive to requests for appointments, scripts, and the ever important referrals.

Place is horrible. Can't get a call back , they have absolutely no care for their patients.. I work in the Medical Field myself and i have been shocked with how this place runs. They are on top of the co-pays and that's about it

Good setup! Same day appointments available with 7 day urgent care, in many instances with your specific Primary care Dr., during the week (At minimum, another competent Physician with your Medical history). Specialists practicing in most areas, both in-house and other proximal VMG locations allow for rapid and seamless medical team member(s) diagnostics, awareness of history, Near zero Big Pharma advertising or advocating their usage, this alone- speaks volumes. An A-Z Conventional Medicine practice with Homeopathic approaches by competent medical professionals. On site lab and imaging, well equipped and maintained. Highly integrated online Patient portal version to access personal Medical data, online scheduling, direct patient to Physician portal communication, Rx requests, blood work results, pay a bill, etc.. Free Multi-subject matter classes for patients, led by Medical staff members.Really on the money. Staff in all capacities are friendly and accomodating. If you're on the market for a new (PCP) Dr., check it out. Glad I did. Rare Medical team that remembers both the "Hippocratic oath," and treat patients like Humans, in lieu of Numbers.

Dr. Feinland is a compassionate, intelligent, top notch doctor. I choose my insurance plan making sure I can continue to have him as my physician. I would highly recommend Dr. Feinland to anyone looking for a new doctor.

I was a patient of Dr. Feinland and due to Insurance bills am unable to see him at this time, however, I am looking forward to returning to his care. Dr. Feinland is a great Dr I have been a pt of his since my doctor that I had been seeing since I was a child left Valley medical about 8 yrs ago.
