It wasn’t entirely their fault (Quest did the actual tests), but we were told by Island Health Care that COVID test results would be returned in 24-36 hours and we needed the test to travel. It’s been 144 hours and counting. We had to spend $500 at the airport to get a last minute test and would have made other arrangements if we were told the right information. If you need your results back soon, do not get tested here.I didn’t give one star because everyone was friendly that we engaged with and the drive through testing was fairly straight forward.
