Staff was great with my aunt and answered questions I had and seemed to take very good care of her. The insurance was a real pain to deal with, but they helped us with everything and I guess there’s not much they can do about the way the insurance works. She’s passed on, but they were very compassionate about everything when the time came. I would use and recommend this establishment.

I have been an employee for Royal of Fairhaven for about 9 months. I love it here. The staff are friendly and hard working. The Administrator and DON are a great team that make this facility the best facility I have ever worked at.

The staff was amazing! I’ve heard so many horror stories about people placing their family members in a home, just to have them not cared for properly.. if at all. This facility has gone above and beyond even with the issues Covid has brought into almost any facility. I would highly recommend them!

My mom needed to go for rehab after a fall. She wasn't able to even pivot because of being in so much pain. The Nursing Staff, was able to change Meds and find the perfect plan for her recovery. All of my suggestions and or concerns were addressed, and mom had a good stay there. After six weeks, she was back to herself and able to come home. Thanks to all the staffs dedication to getting her back on her feet. Thank You. A big Thank you to Christine Stewart, Christine Oden, Diana, Julia Love and all your staff.

DONT BRING A LOVED ONE HERE! Someone I know very well went here and she was ignored all the time. One day I walked into her room, she was covered in throw up and she was crying (shes 96 and was sick at the time) she said she was like that for 2 hours and no one did anything. Also she once asked for a cup of water, she didnt receive anything. Not even when I told the nurses. Also the nurses ignore the patients, they are always just sitting down on there phones. I once asked a nurse for a number to complain, she said she will give me one and guess what, I got nothing. My friend I've known all my life is now at Our Ladys Haven. She loves it there. Please never bring anyone here.

I don't know what those other internet trolls are talking about, but this place does great work! I had an amazing rehab experience and successfully returned home in 3 weeks!

Please for the love of GOD do NOT send a LOVE one to the Royal of Fairhaven. My Dad was there for two weeks and due to neglect he was sent to St Luke's and passed away two days later needlessly. The Administration can NOT be trusted. BEWARE!!!!!! I'm in the process of taking legal action...
