List of David Cohen's Reviews
Suffered for many years trying different meds. Constantly on medications for inflammatory bowel disease. It seemed like he wanted me to stay on meds instead of getting surgery so i could get him kick backs for expensive meds. I don't know. I blame him for my years of suffering. I found a different gi Dr who recommended surgery and i havent looked back since. I should have not beed a loud to suffer for so long
Dr. Cohen did my colonoscopy and said he "saw something" and that I should get genetic testing in order to protect my family and that my insurance company would pay for it - so I did - a blood test at a lab that he owned which was negative for that "something" - and now I am stuck with a $700 bill for the genetic lab work. I appealed with my insurance company and they will not pay. Dr. Cohen misled and I would not trust him.
The people who had positive experiences with this guy must have caught him on a good day! My impression is that he thinks he should be at MGH or Brigham, not out here in Attleboro. Condescending and snobby.
Lazy and disinterested.
Extremely thorough and professional. I have had many issues with my health in life and he is absolutely one of the best I have ever worked with. My situation was complicated and took time with a series of tests. I highly recommend him. Eric, Mansfield MA

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
