Dr. Farrell Douglas is by far the most professional and knowledgeable physician Igo to. I have been receiving care from him for many years. He listens intently, and truely cares for his patients.When my mother was having some difficulty walking, she went to see other physicians that misdiagnosed her. I brought her to see Dr. Douglas, and he immediately knew she had Parkinson's disease. After the proper testing was done, he put her on medication that helps her to live more independently.Thank you, Dr. Douglas for all you have done for my mom and I.

I was never even able to make an appointment with this office. I called over a dozen times. Phone calls are not answered by an actual person; you are only able to leave a message. The last message I left was over a week ago and no one has returned my call. I would not recommend this office. It has been a very frustrating experience and I have asked my primary care provider for another referral.

Not good with scheduling their handicapped patients. If you're a little late they reschedule you which creates a greater disturbance for their handicapped patients who have a hard time getting to the office.

Unprofessional, office has canceled three consecutive appointments and never pick up or return calls.

Dr Douglas is great his staff isn't as much. They DO NOT return calls regardless of how many messages you leave. We have to go to office to get results and when you show up, the front office staff gives you an attitude. Worst experience ever especially when you trying to help your elderly parents.

How are patients supposed to communicate and schedule appointments when Dr. Farrel's office never answers the phone? Your automatically sent to an answering device during normal business hours. I have never experienced a Dr.s office that does not have reception. This is unacceptable.
