I needed a new Primary Care so I went to Dr Chang. I was surprised by how detailed she is and how much time she spends with her patients. I have never had a doctor listen to me and address my concerns like Dr Chang does. I’m thrilled that she is my PCP and told all my friends and family they should switch to her.

I have been to many primary doctors in my life and Dr Joann Chang is the best Dr. By far. She listens and treats my health needs with positive results. I'm am so glad I am in her care.

Does not listen to patient and forgets pertinent medical information frequently. Suggested that my hip injury was "due to anxiety" and that it would go away if I saw a psychiatrist, despite my having previous medical records of the hip injury. I had to ask for physical therapy. Then when I called for a follow up on my hip after a flair up that landed me in the ER unable to walk, I got a call back for a psychiatrist again. During the follow up she acted as if this was the first time she had ever heard of the injury to my hip, and asked why I made the appointment in the first place. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone as she is clearly not very good at what she does.
