Waited to be seen for four hours she talked to me for 10 mins and left worst dr ever left there and switched drs best thing I ever did she pushes pills on you my dr now cut me off half of pills and I feel a lot better

Horrible customer/patient service. The fact that you have to wait 2 hours just to find out what your results on an allergy test were is ridiculous. Wait time is insane and don't even try calling the office because they will either not answer or give you an attitude. I was supposed to get a set of 3 shots over the course of a few months and I never got the third shot because the office didn't have them available. A year has passed by and they still haven't called me about it after I've called dozens of times. Absolutely horrible.

Preys on seniors in the portuguese community. They trust her solely based on her ethnicity and ability to speak the language and she takes complete advantage of those facts. As in every other review posted, the wait times are outrageous(3 to 4 hours), she is unresponsive to calls or returning messages, and when she does respond, she is rude, argumentative, and belittling. A practice like this one continuing is entirely based on an elderly community that is uneducated in what a doctors office should provide their patients.

If I could give no stars I would! How does she think it's okay to make people wait 2-4 hours after there appointment to be seen?!?! No respect for people's time at all!

Why can't there be a choice for negative this thing you can't even call a doctor, waits ate forever, don't come for appointment on time, wait for few hours then go and you'll only wait 4 hours.

She is the worst dr I ever went to three hours waiting to be seen. After that day I never went back.

Terrible absolutely the worse doctor ever I went in and she tore me apart told me that I am crazy for wanting help absolutely terrible made me feel so embarrassed for asking for therapy for a traumatic experience in my life please go somewhere else
